HENRY has found his furrytail ending!
We had our pens poised, ready to write Henry's adoption profile in order to find him a new home. However, it turns out that this prompted his foster Mum & Dad, Candice & Peter, to realise they they didn't want him to move on after all! Instrumental in their decision was the way that Henry has become best mates with their Husky X Chow Chow girl, Chilli. Previously a serial escape-artist, Henry has shown no interest in wandering now that he's found his place as part of this f

PIXIE has found her furrytail ending!
Our little Pixie waited patiently for just the right home and she certainly got it with Bronwen & Ray and their Husky girl, Atti. Atti was feeling a little lonesome after losing her big sister, but Pixie has settled herself in to be her new companion. Our heartfelt thanks, as always, go to our amazing foster carers, without whom we would be lost. Nicky, Darryl & girls, you have provided a halfway house for a phenomenal number of our dogs and we are so humbled by your genero

BOBO has found his furrytail ending
Wow, wow, WOW! We were shocked by the amount of interest this floof generated...He even gave our Disney puppies a run for their money as far as people falling over themselves to apply! We can only attribute this to the amazing transformation that was a direct result of the wonderful care of his foster parents, Lesley & Jim. When Bobo came into our care, he looked much older than he was, with a coarse, dry coat and weepy eyes. With some TLC, he has become truly puppy-like a

SCUTTLE (now Nitro) has found his furrytail ending!
Scuttle (aka Scutty...AKA Scuttbutt...aka Turdburger) was the first born of our Disney babies and the first to fly off across the country to his new home. Now known as Nitro, this little guy caught the eye of Ray, Trish and the fam bam and they knew he looked like trouble they just had to have! Nitro has joined Huskies Mufasa, Delta and Tikaani, and has some pretty special sled-racing booties to fill when he grows up. Here is the point where we usually thank the foster care

BAGHEERA has found his furrytail ending!
Baggie has decided he wanted the tropical life and headed to Cairns to live with the Clarke family. Sadly, only days before he was due to flu to his new home, the Clarkes lost their beloved Husky girl, Kiara. We hope that Baggie is helping heal a little of the hurt and carries on her legacy. I must admit there were tears when I placed this little guy into his airline crate and said my goodbyes. He was my favourite, with his laid back nature mixed with a streak of cheek, an

ARIEL has found her furrytail ending!
Our little firecracker was popular right from the start with her red hair and eyes of emerald green, but it was Rhi and Ashley, along with Iddy the Dashie and Sooky the cat, that she chose to reward with her presence. Ariel is your typical redhead - a little bit fiery but all cuddles and smooches underneath. She was the first one to take her first steps and most things had to be done her way. I miss her antics and her bossy little ways, but we know she's the apple of her ne

HAHN & LAYLA have found their furrytail ending!
On Christmas morning, we were excited to receive a lovely application to adopt Hahn & Layla. (Yes, we even work on Christmas Day!) Brett & Analea and their girls had lost their own pair of beloved Huskies earlier in the year and were ready to open their hearts again. A meet and greet was set up for the New Year and the rest is history. We are so thrilled that these two sweethearts found such a loving, breed-experienced family to settle into and call their own. Happy furryta
